Data Collection

We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. Robbie Cairns is the data controller for Phenomenal Development. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customise the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, shared with other reputable organisations to help them contact consumers for marketing purposes, not shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.  We do not pass on email addresses to third parties.

Any data downloaded with personal data is deleted straightaway from email systems and computers. When we work on behalf of clients we become known as the data processor. In these cases, we ask for clients to sign an agreement to say that they are happy for us to handle their data.
